First phase for FCF 2008

Hi Sam,

The idea is to get http://fcf2008.fundcamp.org implementing basic collaboration tools by Dec 6 2007. I added Forums, wikis, blogs. That should be enough for having people getting info and starting communicating until mid-January. We should then set up some additional features to get the application process available.

Still a couple of things to set up

I don't think that I got the RSS feeds right yet. When I tried I got a "no name feed" in Google Reader. There are probably other things to set up with wikis and blogs. I probably have to stop for today; we'll maybe get back to it tomorrow. If you have time to give a look.
