Application forms

We'd need to have a content_type like application_form and that only the creator and people with the investor role can see.

Let's discuss implementation.

Sorry, have been backlogged with paying clients

I will try to address this over the next few days. Should be easy to implement the form, and then you can add form elements as you see fit
