Use of roles

We'll have basically three type of roles (entrepreneurs, investors, mentors). People should be able to select one or several of these roles in their account settings. They should then be able to fill out description cards (different for entrepreneurs, investors, mentors).

I'd like to delete entrepreneur and mentor roles
Since these should not be treated as roles but profiles. Site manager, investor and organizer are roles that we need to control access, but we should implement entrepreneur, investor and mentor as profiles that should be used for listing people in the different categories, for adapting the workflow presented to each category
